Step 4: Movement via Conveyor

After the command is issued, the conveyor system carries the bin from the In Station to the stacker crane’s In Station. The conveyor ensures smooth and precise transportation without any manual intervention.

Step 5: Storage by the Stacker Crane

At the In Station of the stacker crane, the WCS sends a command to place the bin in a specific location on the ASRS rack. The stacker crane then automatically stores the bin in the designated rack position.

Step 6: Monitoring via WCS and TCS Interface

Both the WCS and TCS interfaces display real-time data, showing exactly which rack location holds the newly scanned bin or empty bin plate. This digital visibility ensures efficient tracking and retrieval when needed.
