  1. Activation
    The operator pulls a release chain. This action engages a counterbalance Hydraulic system that lifts the platform (also called the deck).
  2. Lip Extension
    As the deck rises, the hinged steel lip automatically extends forward. This lip forms the bridge between the dock and the vehicle.
  3. Positioning
    The operator allows the deck to descend until the extended lip rests securely on the truck bed. Once in place, the leveler floats freely, adjusting to vehicle movement during loading.
  4. Loading Operation
    Forklifts and material handling equipment move safely across the leveler without vibration or instability.
  5. Return to Stored Position
    Once the vehicle leaves, the leveler automatically returns to its stored position with the help of the Hydraulic system.

This straightforward mechanism requires no hydraulic fluid or electrical power, making it ideal for facilities seeking low maintenance and reliable performance.
